Car Rental Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel more than 48 hours prior to pick up time If you choose to cancel a partially prepaid reservation 48 hours prior to the rental pick up time, we will refund the deposit paid for the booking amount. Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately 5 business days. Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid. Cancel within 48 hours prior to pick up time If you cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up time the deposit will not be refunded. No show If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the deposit will not be refunded.

CLEANING

Our company undertakes the cleanliness of the car upon the collection. However, in case the car is very dirty from sand and if it has wet seats the customer will be inclined to pay from 20-50 euros.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION OF VEHICLES

We can deliver/collect vehicles from all supported locations in our booking engine, including airports, ports and selected hotels. For places not included in our booking engine you may contact us in advance. After-hours deliveries (22:00 – 07:00) are subject to a €15 charge payable on arrival. Returning the vehicle after-hours is free of charge.

FERRYING THE VEHICLE & ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS

Ferrying the car to and from any island or mainland is not allowed. All insurances will be voided and the renter will be responsible for any damage caused if the vehicle is driven elsewhere than Crete Island.

ROAD ASSISTANCE

Road Assistance is free of charge and available 24/7. It is recommended to contact our office directly in the event of required roadside assistance. During out of office hours, all direct calls to our office are diverted to our emergency mobile phone line.
